There is no single efficient leader in Congress who can lead the congress to victory. Allmost all leaders have their own groups in Congress. One can see the fate of Congress in 'Krishna's face'. By this time, Congress high-command must be working out on Governer/Some other place for Krishna (as it happened after 2004 elections)
One more big thamasha of Congress in this elections is that - they want to support SP (Bangarappa) in Shikaripura but they oppose SP in Soraba!

Congress is not yet dead in Bihar. How can it bead in Karnataka? As opposed to other parties, Congress is very deep rooted. Even today, there are people who believe they have performed their duty towards the nation by voting for Congress. Even in U.P. and Bihar, where Congress has been out of Power since last about 25 years, there are about 5% committed voters of Congress. In Karnataka, the number has to be much higher.
