2% voter fraud
5% creating social disharmony (race/religion/region etc.)
10% Chmchas (simply pay them)

all you need is 35% popular vote to get clear majority.

Nehru invented it Gandi rectified it.

All at the cost of national treasury.They get power & nation go poor.

Repeat it on and on....
