It's an incident, co-incidently happened with ur brother. I am a bengali, but many bengali peoples are killing in the name of terrorist in Assam that does n't mean we will leave India & settled in any other country. Human beings are violent in any age. so, u better stay here & pray for world peace.

Sorry to hear that you lost your dear ones. Surely u can live in pakistan if u want to, but dont ask India to separate kashmir from its territory, bcoz this may cause more bloodshed.

If Indian army killed your brother and mother then there must be surely a reason!!! did they also wanted to live in pakistan?? did they help islamic militants in any way?? did they harmed indians in any way??? please find answers of these my friend and we ll take take it from there.

Brother India is a free country and Pakistan just another state. So if you want to live in Pakistan sure ask them. Many people moving to west at there own will. You can follow the same. Good luck.

Pakistan has disappeared in 1971. What is remaining is waste pakistan. They are not accepting stranded pakistanis of east pakistan to their fold. Even alllah is not able to help the stranded pakistanis.
