Khalid, I welcome your message. Let us see if Koran teaches what you say it teaches. Answer this honestly(swear on holy Koran). An average muslim taken at random from Indian muslims, would such an average muslim consider mother India worthy of worship or only Allah worthy of worship. Next, would he even accept the idea of singing "I worship my motherland?". Now you may provide your arguments, but let us see how average muslims who are minority in other secular states think. In England, would an average muslim british citizen consider himself british first ( thus accepting queen over anything else ) or a muslim first? Move over to Europe and so on. Now do a reality check, how many muslim majority countries allow for freedom to practise other religions? Now go and read Quran again, what does it say muslims should do against idol worshippers? You see, it is not that world is against muslims, it is that muslims world over are against the rest. It is this ideology that is keeping muslims backward world over. Not only in India but even in England muslims are in lowest education and employment level. While Hindus/Jains/Buddhists/even Indian christians ,although being of same race as muslims, are doing much well. Although, I must say muslims like you represent the last ray of hope for rest of the muslims. But, first you must accept that Koran needs amendments. Sir I must ask u have you read the HOLY QURAN in detail it is very important because you said that QURAN needs amendments Sir the construction of the book itself aims at the future that is upto the last day of this earth . Common sense I am a software engineer if I write a manual about a software targeted upto the end of its life cycle it will be absurd if a user assumed that if needed correction because he could not interpret it . well, there is no software written in the world that is complete. It always needs enhancements and maintainence and the manual needs to be changed with the changes in software. The changes in software are required because we dont live in a static world or business, everything keeps changing with time. The problem with kuran is it never changed for centuries. It is outdated. Preaches hate, as the tribals did a while ago to protect there tribe and grow.

what are you talking about? there is no such thing called end of life cycle. u can never write a manual for the software that is a final version. u have to keep changing the manual as the software is upgraded. there is no end to time. there is no begining to time. u will argue about it saying its written in kuran. there is something called common sense, that is not in the book.

Germans are supposed to be very nationalistic and so if French and Englishmen who value their culture and ethnicity and race and language. They are most advance and their countries are very well developed. None of these races claim to WORSHIP their motherland. How many nations or races or religons actually WORSHIP their motherland apart from India? India being hindu majority country where hindus WORSHIP COW , SNAKE , PEEPAL TREE , ROCKS , RIVERS , SUN , MOON etc also worship their country / motherland. A hindu born in US WORSHIPS US OR WHAT? There are hindus in Saudi Arabia and Dubai too. Do they worship Dubai and Saudi Arabia if they born their? Does a hindu living in Pakistan or Bangladesh and having their nationality worship Pakistan and Bangladesh? What is your definition of Patriotism? To show off worshipping motherland and then run brothels, bars and dance bars? Corrupt hindu politicians claim to worship motherland are they patriot too? they wnet to the extent of selling the coffins of martyred soldiers. So please stop this nonsense. There is no reason for anyone to be ashamed of thinking of religion before anything else.

You are right, Khalid! No religion would teach killing any being. Just that some misguided people are interpreting certain teaching wrongly. If there need to be a division, it can only be being that are 1) informed and 2) Misguided. If is the duty of the informed to try, as much as possible and as long as need be, to make the misguided understand the real meaning of religion / life. How much ever we are able to do that, we have achieved some purpose in life. We will gain some punya (or what ever one calls it).
