This is a very good start. I think it is sincere. But they should coontinue to work and educate people in mosques and madrassas as well to see the wisdom of this.
If you dont support this action as being sincere then it is unreasonable and it only means you are biased into believing that muslims cannot ever be anything but supporters of terrorism and this is not just bad for Hindu-Muslim relations but bad for India. We must be hopeful and optimistic and help the muslims deal with this within their community. Once they succeed it will become very easy to deal with the hardened culprits.

Madrassas are religious seminaries, since when Government started buisness of Funding Religious Schools- on Name of "SECULAR" party.
