Restricting fuel to Gujjars is not a wise strategy to control their agitation;in fact it will only provocate them further.Diplomatic negotiations are the need of the hour.

What Diplomatic talks.when ever CM wanted to talk to them they just did not answer the call,when CM went to meet them and they did not turn up....and you want diplomatic talks
i don understand y don you ask goverment to build some schools or college in you villages y r u asking reservation
