m I asking too much if I asked the doctors who treat me whether he got admitted to medical college under reservation scheme? Can I invoke RTI here? It is my life I am putting on the line and would like to know if my doctor is fully qualified to treat me.

Actually we need to inbtroduce more and more scholarships to help needy and not a reservation on cast basis.Industries which are turning in huge profit must earmark a certain amount for scholarships to needy students.
