I have heard and observed the eve teasing by North Indians across Maharashtra, and yes the truth is North Indians by nature disrespect women and females at large and its their natural instinct to eve tease.
But here is the problem, it is not the North Indians from UP-Bihar who are the major eve teasers, but people in the NCR region, Delhi, Hariyana, Chandigadh and Western UP are the chaps who indulje in molesting and eve teasing activities in Maharashtra and Mumbai.
Yes If you find a North Indian in eve teasing activity, yes he should be given a sound thrashing and his head be shaven.
