Any of the Judges(who presided OBC case) have to undergo a complicated surgery - will they accept if A OBC quota student perform the surgery?

1.leading corporate hospitals who employ the so called best brains
2.road accidents involving old vehicles whose renewal cleared by FC bureaucrats
3.collapsed bridges cleared by FC bureaucrats
4.sub standard roads cleared by FC bureaucrats, leading to increased road accidents
