This is an article written by Sheela Butt in a manner as if, this her personal problem. The journalist fails to understand, if it can be good for the state and allow a chance to the other party. In democracy, it is people who are to decide and not some Ms.Sheela Butt who will say that some Congress govt. has to be there always in governance.
