Noida police had proved time & again about their skills in 'proving' a case...its da fate of our country...A top cop, IG if appointed by politicians for vested interets;distorted things like dese will happen.

I entirely agree with you! Our Police force needs to be properly motivated and trained. They are too corrupt and inefficient.
