By giving some funny examples , u tried ur best to prove that islam is not good reliegion, at the same time u r saying that its followers r increasing every day. so its a contraditory of ur own point as if one thing is wrong, no one will do that but 18% of world population can not do the wrong thing, so my dear try to judge the things from basics not form the people , who follows it as they may be wrong.This all craps r false, its all image we get , its not the reality at all.

What he is saying is that you have reached 18% of population by indulging in your hobby of marrying four wives at a time and producing children without number and leaving them to become either poor or terrorists. Do not think that 18% of the population are presentday converts. They are the products of profligacy indulged in by your forefathers whose cowardice brougght about their conversion to Islam.
