the land belongs to the inhabitants. you cant drive away the inhabitants and claim the land and also you cant impose your own rule and system and capture the land and enslave the inhavitants....

india fought for its freedom so palestine and kashmir too are fighiting for their freedom and it is the history which witnesses no body can keep people from getting their freedom for long.
