The logical solution to all these issue for India to engage China with more cultural ties including an open border for people to people contact thus removing disparties. The modern state of India is just 60-year old but cultural exchanges between Tibet (China) and many NorthEastern states had been going on since time immemorial and it should be allowed to continue.

This is incorrect. India should start claiming chinese terriotry as part of India, as offence is best defence. India and the congress govt is seen as weak party to border pressure as Pakistan and China keep claiming Indian soil as theirs.
