I guss, 1/3rd of Indian population is refugees mainly from bangladesh, who are enjoing free electricity, water, ration, etc. and make every state slum. These refugees are preserved by your politicians as their vote banks by serving liquor bottles at the time of election, etc. It is my earnest request to my fellow Indians to first kill all the corrupt politician and then only the terrorism can be contolled.
