WHY ALWAYS TARGET MUSLIMS WITHOUT PROOF
by Majeed on May 16, 2008 11:08 AM   Permalink | Hide replies

UNFORTUNATELY IT HAS BECOME ATRNED TO TARGET INNOCENT MUSLIMS OF INDIA ON BASIS OS SUSPICION, WE ALL KNOW THAT THE TERRORISTS ARE FROM PAKISTAN AND BANGLADESH , I CAN SAY IF INDIA DECLARES WAR ON THESE TWO COUNTRIES INIDAN MUSLIMS WILL ALWAYS STAND BY INDIA AS THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE. BUT INSTEAD OF TARGETTING THE ENEMY ACROSS THE BORDER , WE TARGET OUR OWN PEOPLE , PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS , I URGE U ALL .

Majeed bhai, mere dost, the problem is not so simple. You probably are well-educated muslim with access to internet and an opinion about issues.
If you take a look at these places where muslims live in lowly conditions earning their livelihood thru means like pulling riskhaws, being coolies, auto-mechanic etc then you'll understand the dynamics of that group. These innocent muslims provide shelter to some of these terror perpetrators regularly. They don't do so because they want to hurt india or its people. They do so because the mis-guided person is their kith-kin or simply because of their own faith..
And when police tries to get information abt these guys, they try to save them because of the same reasons.
Unless the indian muslim at the lower levels of economic strata is given the same feeling and thinking as some of you educated ones and other people are the problem will persist.. it is upto you educated muslims to go and make them aware of this reality.. and show them the ugly face of terrorism. in the absence of any visible attempt from your community to alleviate this problem.. you'll feel like being victimised.. even though the police would not have options but to exercise tough measures to elicit information which will be shown on national television as "targeting innocent muslim"...
question is what can you do? Do you have it in you?

No one can bomb India and vanish without the local support. who provides the local support and logistics? it is the muslims in India who provide it.
