Yes,
THis is Vote Bank for UPA govt
for them they had started rail services, bus services so as much as people come here & stay & vote for COngress
wht problem in North East bcoz of congress policies only. they allowed bangaldeshi to stay there..
Majority of problems in India bcoz of Congress only....

You are wrong. Bus service to pak was started by NDA vajpai govt.
