Since the terrorists follow the law of Islamic religion, their punishments also should be like that of the law of islamic land and no exceptions.
Then only these animals will be under the control. It is for this reason, that Saudi implements this kind of punishments to control these animals. Religion makes people animals, if they donot have good understanding of the religion. Saudis know this truth.
The so called Islamic maniacs who kill or take up violence against others are the biggest Idolators and KAFIRS, since they donot have a experience based beloef in what is said in the Islam and hence they take up arms. If you truly know ALLAH, then there will be no need at all in the first place to take up arms against others, since you are protected by the Omni potenet ALLAH or ALL PERVADING GOD or Paramatma or Heavenly father.
Those who kill their own fello country citizens are animals, no matter what, and they need to be killed like mad dogs and other animals.
