Islamists, Jehadis are always in perpetual war with non-Muslim countries as per Quran.
Its futile to talk about Harmony that is one sided, and not reciprocated by Muslims.
Even after getting Pakistan, the islamic India, they have successfully overturned Indian Courts ruling on Shah Banu and so many others to unleash islamic agenda on India.
Political parties and media r solely responsible for allowing it to drift thus far.
