Aurangzeb Used to Apply Jizya (tax) on Non-Muslims for no Good Reason. That was Tough for Hindus and Their Religius Rights.
Apply the same for the whole colony/town of FQQQing Muslims ... where the the terrorists hide/get caught.
1. Force them to pay heavy taxes 2. Pull out their water and electricity connections 3. Cancel their Ration and Voter ID 4. Cancel any Public Transportations in those areas. 5. Debar their Rights to Conduct Religious Ceremonies, even dont allow them to pray Namaaz on loudspeakers.
