Like a Parrot, he repeats about Zero intolerence, but goes overboard for repeal of POTA and TADA. He is the same perosn , who is holding back the hanging of Parliament Attack convict. Not only terrorism, he also slow on Naxalits and and then one day all of a sudden , he passes comments that the problem is vry slow and being blown out of proportion.
