For COngress, court, rule of law does NOT matter

What matters to them is Muslim Vote- by any means.

Even after Court stopped Muslim reservation in Andhra many a times, Congress still trying to do it again.

Delhi HC gave verdict AT LEAST 10 TIMES to deport illegal Bangladeshi Muslims- COng never cared to follow it up.

SC twice over turned Congress's position on IMDT (Assam)- Still Congress doing it.

SC stopped Congress for making AMU minority institute- they are still doing it.

Ban on Taslima's book was removed by Calcutta High Court- Congress threw out Taslima.

And above all, we all know Shah Banu.
