And see the shameless sonia - she will not go to Hyderabad but will come to a BJP ruled state just to make politics - Congress doesnt want RCOCA in Rajasthan and GCOCA in Gujarat as it can survive only on the backs of Muslim voters and Muslim Mafia in these two states as it knows that they will be wiped out by the BJP leaders. But it can have APCOCA and MCOCA in AP and Maharashtra because they are ruled by Congress and it will never deploy them on the Muslim Mafia anyway.
