I am ashamed that I am a muslim. If this is way we have become after reading Quran. I think I should change my religion and become a Christian as Jesus has a such a peaceful religion.

If you are really serious go and read faithfreedom dot org site. Many have renounced islam, some openly, some in private, but they all have come to the conclusion this this religion is not for peace. So some have adopted humanism (not following any religion in particular), some embraced the christian, some embraced other religion as per their liking.
I think Hinduism should welcome and embrace people of this land whose forefathers were forcibly (or out of fear) converted. Please check with Arya Samaj.
