unless we stop minority pleasing, there is no hope of stopping such incidents. As soon as they observe that a minority pleasing policy is made (like quota, special economic package, not hanging Afzal Guru etc) they think that their strategy of getting their demands met by pressurising the govt through fundamentalist activities - and they keep on doing more of it. These elements must be handled very strongly (shoot at site, encounter etc.) - which UPA can not do. Unless Indians vote truely secular parties like BJP and its allies there is no hope for India of stopping such incidents.
