Surprisingly, Dr. Singh , the PM, has not given any comment. Why? Is it not that tragic an incident or his comment is not yet approved from Mrs. High Command...He should be speaking at these situations.

u shd understand the difference between modi and manu...Manu is the PM and its a matter of national importance...I dont know why Modi shd give a comment...Buddy dont communalize this matter..By the way neither modi nor manu r my politicians
