Terrorism shd be categorised as family or community terrorism and not as individual terrorism. Even women and children are trained nowadays. Hence if amnyone is caught and if proved a terrorist , not only he but his entire family including infants and his friends,his sweet-heartinclusive shd be exterminated. It shd be presumed that they have abetted the crime. Of course they shd be given an opportunity to prove their innocence. The presumption shd be that they are guilty of the crime until they prove that they r not guilty. The punishment shd be death penalty.

By the time their hearing is complete it would be 20 years. No need for the court case. Just get information out from them and gun them down. This action is not difficult, but would need strong govt commitment to fight terrorism.
