I think our Intelligence Network and Tracking System should improve. The System is very strong in the European Countries and ,surprisingly, many of the Asian countries. Activities of all the people including its own citizens can easily be monitored. Unfortunately, India is lagging way behind in implenting these kind of systems. I think governament should focus on this aspect. On one hand we boast of Multi-Million Dollar event happening the city and on the other we dont have the basic systems in place. Atleast now, the governament should stop paying hefty gifts to the cricketers who performed well and use this money to develop such systems. I am sure it would be a big burden to develop such kind of systems keeping in view the mammoth indian population. But, these systems are indispensable.

Dear Friend Jayendra Our intelligence system is very much in place. The Intelligence gathered is used to line their own pockets----The Info collectors. Make a grand pay scale for these guys with all perks like that given in ARAB countries and you will see a shining new Intelligence Force, second to none in the World .
