a) sub-division of India along Language, caste, region, work has to go. b) 2-3 Party system democracy to be introduced, so that no manuplation of setas in parliament takes place. c) down trodden to be uplifted without keeping eye on votes, religion d) Civil adminstration is to be made responsible for rule of law and order. Political parties to be only responsible for making laws. Civil administraion does report to the political masters. e) only educated and clean people to be allowed to reach parliament.
its a long list..... Fortunately, all of the above is possible. But who will initiate and bell the Cat.
