At least on graduation, from some 'unversity', india's youngsters must be allowed to come out as just 'indians' are not as 'obc' or 'fc' etc. In fact, most graduates take a pledge for commitment to broadbased 'nationalism' in their professional commitments, at the time of their convocation. Applying for p-g courses on caste-based privileges will violate this pledge on their part.
