It appears that the IB was not aware that Jaipur was going to be hit. Is it not the job of the IB to find out this and alert the local people/ police. Does IB want the terrorists to warn them or ask for ransom as they do in the movies that a particular city was going to be hit. What kind of people are ruling the country and holding the authority. It is really shame on the whole country. We have everything including intelligence but we do not use them. God alone can save the nation
