On the 10th Aniversary of the Pokhran Nuclear blasts i think the message is Loud and Clear:
1) Might is useless if you choose not to use it.
2) Its not enough if you claim to be a Nuclear State or a Developed country. You should ACT like one.
Only the strong deserve Respect.
