If they knew so much about the Jihadis and their timing, why didn't they put the State and Country on alert BEFORE this horror occured. We don't need all the experts to speculate and show their expertise after so many civilians have died. It is a shame that the government is unable to protect the civilians and deal with the menace of terrorism.
