Yet Tamil Nadu has the highest percentage of reservations. Still dalit children are burnt ? No wonder, Mayawati and the so called upper castes have got together to fight the real villians.

The bad is Tamilnadu may have the highest percentage of reservations but not for SCs but BCs.

CREATE A CAST CALLED "INDIAN" AND PROVIDE MAX BENIFITS TO THIS CASTE. ALLOW ANYONE AND EVERYONE TO SUBSCRIBE TO IT. ULTIMATELY EVERYTHING WILL BE LEVEL.
