Becoming a Gandhi
by MUKUL GARG on May 12, 2008 09:57 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

By visiting a few Harijan colonies, one does not emulate or become a Gandhi. Everyone knows these are political gimmicks. The prince is being groomed to take over the mantle of Congress after Sonia.
Indian public has been reduced to mere voters than being genuine and respectable citizens. Sonia, Mulayam and communists vigorously pursue muslim votes. These politicians have even sacrificed national interests to earn Muslim votes. Their conduct is more exposed in more prominent cases like Shah Bano Case, softness on terrorism, promotion of Bangaldeshi infiltration, communalisation of union budget and the more recently the Taslima Nasreen case. These people follow a distorted definition of secularism that is mostly against the genuine interests of Hindus who remain divided and vote on caste lines. Mayawati treats her dalit brethern as taken for granted voters and leads in corruption. So, if Rahul does play his part of politics on the advise of his promoters, one need not react unduly.

You cannot blame them. They remain what they are. Their acts are well known. It is the insensivity and indifference of the people who keep on electing such people.

Unfortunately, you are absolutely right. As long as the literacy level confines itself to the so-called urban populace, this kind of atrociy and ridicule will continue to afflict the Indian Republic. Urban citizens just talk in lounge bars and pubs but never vote. This can make quite a difference...

Search in google The Raul Vinci Chronicles and get the fact. Rediff removes my message, why? Why not tolerate freedom of expression? You can write what you want, but readers have no freedom of expression. By removing my mesage, you can't get away from truth. Indians have the right to know the background of their politicians.
