It is a MAJOR confusion in this article. The headline mentions LoC while the first para of the news itself says International Border. Seems we are taking our defence policies bit too literally. NOT EXPECTED from rediff.

Paramvir, Do u have ANY idea what you are talking about? Kindly get your facts right. U cannot discuss Kashmir or any discussion emanating from it without the LoC - International Border divide. The entire retaliation from Pakistan is based on this issue itself. If there is no LoC and only an international border, then India will have no obligations vis-a-vis international regulations to resort to extreme measures to prevent terrorism. It is only this vague defintion of this LoC that has given impetus to terrorism in Kashmir. WAKE UP to reality. Just don't reply for the sake of scribbling any c#$p. God Bless you.
