Commies and BJP are not doing anything bad for the country regarding 123 Agreement with USA, which would turn India into South Africa.
Rediff.com is written from Dubai or USA, so it is calling the Russ-US agreement as 123 Agreement, but USA cannot turn Russia into even Ukraine. Thus the comparison is false.
USA has no advanced technology on nuclear energy, Russians have. That is the deal. USA will buy technology from Russia.
It is not the same as Indo-US 123 Deal. High price of oil has nothing to do with nuclear energy. You cannnot drive your car with nuclear power.
Only Tamil Nadu needs nuclear power, as it has taken all the industries but it has no raw materials.
Other states do not depend on nuclear power. Thus, Tamil lobby may insist that India has to sign 123 Agreement and that is the reason MonMohan is so persistence as he may otherwise lose his job, but if he would sign CPI(M) will sack him too. So Manmohan has to bribe Pravat Karat and Sitaram Yachuri, both South Indian.

Why do you say it is not possible to drive a car with nuclear enrgy? Today it appears not possible. Continued research by scientists and automobile engineers might make it possible at some point of time. Nothing is impossible in this world.
If we keep on dilly dallying on the agreement USA might sign an agreement even with China on nuclear enrgy and India will be isolated. Of course our Communists are working only towards that because their hearts are always pining for dominance of china over India.

China has agreement with USA as a nuclear weapons state; USa is asking India to be a non-nuclear weapons state. Since 1974 India has received nothing from the WEST regarding nuclear energy or weapons; all came from USSR and Russia, who is more than willing to supply six new nuclear powr plants and offshore plants which would have no restrictions. Manmohan Singh will not take these but insist that India must sign as USA wants. It has nothing to do with the Communists unless you can say that BJP is a communist party.

Where will the nuclear fuel come from? Even Russia or France is not willing to provide it unless the deal goeas through. Why do not your Chinese masters supply India with nuclear fuel? Why does not your commie comrades sign the deal as India- a nuclear state? Why do you commies do nothing constructive- only destructive? I used to think that all Bengalis are not bl**dy commies like you, but now I feel that all Bongs are commies who deserve the decadent commie land called WB.
