Everybody wants to import good material from other states/countries. When europe wanted to dump nuclear affected butter we made hue and cry about it .... ditto for US electronics waste in form of monitors etc. Here states like UP/Bihar want to dump the troublemakers in Maharashtra and make benefit from it. What he is asking is also true ... which other state's leader made such "power exhibition" ??? And in any case, he's just talking... by same means Laloo, Mulayam, Mayawati, Amar singh and many others guys should be behind bars permanently.

You are right there are prime land plots in Mumbai illegally occupied by goons from BIMARU states and no one says a thing because as soon as you act against them they cry that there is discrimination because they are from "North India". Criminals have used this sentiment to occupy prime locations and loot common man.
