Most of the land in india is controlled by the khhatriya community and they are the landlords. Ambedkar knew poor people will be be harrased by landlords in their villages. secondly out of their villagers people do any kind of work to earn livelyhood. while living in their villages people avoid doing a low profile job or ashamed to do a low profile job. So ambedkar knew this that mostly poor and backward people will go outside their villages to find a job. But the fact is that These thakurs, Thakreys, Marathas, Patils, patels are kshatriyas who have always troubled people. They are fighters from ancient times and indulge in unconvinced violence for their advancement

Very well said.Violence is in their blood,geans. But Thakreys are CKPs which is not Kshatriya, its Kayashta( Chandra Kayastha Prabhu).Its same clan as that of Amitabh Bachhan, Shatrughna Sinha ,Dr Rajendra Prasad,Shekhar Suman, Subhash Chandra Bose. Kayashthas are highly educated people since ages
