Why do migrants from UP and Bihar leave their homes and prefer to sleep on pavements in Mumbai? If anything, the outrage needs to be directed at the politicians who have mismanaged these states for decades (and towards those who elect them again and again)

wow.....they do sleep on streets but get up at the 4 in the morning and deliver your goods for daily needs.....they work more than 12 hours a day to fulfill their small dreams.... if you cant appreciate their hard work atleast dont condemn them...
