Nikhil this influx cannot be stopped in any city in India.. the influx is not only from Biharis and Up but also people from rural areas.. These people are moving towards cities for earning their livelihood.. Yes this is creating pressure on a city.. and this is not a problem for Mumbai alone this is true for all cities, Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Mumbai..
Kolkata is worst hit even much more than Mumbai due to immigration from Bangladesh and Nepal.. This is something that needs to be stopped.
But those against whom MNS are showing their aggression they are ordinary persons, they are there to just earn their living.. What happened to them is like they are neither able to get food in their own state and neither MNS is allowing them to earn their living.. They are not outsiders, just our own fellow countrymen who are in search for living..

But just do a favour, ask them not to celebrate UP diwas in Maharashtra to do show of power, dont hold any malacious intent about capturing Maharashtra.... Thats what all Maharastrin wants.. ANd then we allow them to earn as much bread and butter as they want plus we will give them our share too... because Maharashtrians are known for generosity. BASS APNE DAYRE ME RAHAKAR YAHA KAM KARO and dont trouble locals

So SN you want them not to celebrate Chat.. In Up they would say they wont allow Ganesha Puja.. Is this what you are talking about? and "Dayre" what do you mean by that? Is Maharashtra out of India? You say Maharashtrians are generous.. I fully agree to this.. But what happened to that helping face of Maharashtra.. went away with provocations of Politicians like Azmi and Rah Thakrey?? Mumbai always had a cosmopoliton culture.. Basically there are only 2 cities to speak off in this regards who have embraced all.. Mumbai and Calcutta.. Then why is Mumbai changing its face and culture.. Is Mumbai's culture so petty that they will be disturbed by remarks from politicians?
