Even Ravana acknowledged hs divinitry before death !
Ravana was a great learned man, he did penance, was a good king - but very ambitious and committed a sin in kidnapping Sita - that was his undoing ..
His son Meghnad is considered an ideal son and warrior too

Dear Gyan Vedi & bawlat, the Ramayana and Mahabharata are epics containing some universal truth and good morals. We need not read anything more into that. Otherwise we also would fall into the same dogmas of followers of Semitic religions like "divine revealations" etc! Btw is anybody asking how birds and animals can speak after reading "Panchatantra"???

The so-called holy books are creations of surrealistic visionaries.
