Message is clear. Communists want to see India weak thus indirectly helping US and China. They are against Indian industry. The 'socialistic' policy followed by Congress governments and now by Left controlled UPA has not really strengthened Indian industry to take on the world. Indian industry finds it difficult to compete foreign companies even in India. The view adopted by these governments has been highly narrow and inward looking. In effect they have ended up slowing down growth and has made this country dependent on others - all in name of 'socialism' and 'secularism'. The world has rejected communism but this country still feeds and breeds communists. In China, there is no voice of such people though that country is supposed to be a communist stste. It remains the vote bank politics above all.

If you look at point 3, it means that the CPI (M) is unhappy that so many NRIs have made it spectacularly well in the US
