Nothing to surprise beaurocrate and politicians have hands in glove and they share power and wealth as well as revenue. THey are same side of coin. People show their literary scolarly philosophies on what harm has been done to the democracy. We must not forget all political parties including BJP, Communist have failed to the expectations of the people and democratic principles set by the western world and therefore we are still recognised as BANANA REPUBLIC OF INDIA.
