y blaming it on d airport authorities? its actually nt their fault.. stray dogs get in ne hw.... its jus nt their fault...they didnt kill d strayed dog wid a purpose... it was jus an accident...

All accidents are due to negligence and human error only. Unfortunetely here there is no accountability & every body escape by simply telling that it was just an accident and so.Thtis why things are not improving.

when a bull destroys neighbour's fence, the owner of the bull is held responsible. likewise airport authorities r liable here
