If a dog can have such an easy access to the plane, just imagine if a terrorist wanted to blow up a plane, simplest method would be to tie a tiny bomb under the dog's belly and drop the dog across the airport fence on the runway! Easiest way to access the plane!!!

in any case there is no difference between Dogs and terrorists..(do you expect the dog to come straight from the fensing to the airport, once you tie the bomb under it belly?)
