Indian Tibetans are trouble makers to the region's peace. And we should always remind our smart govt, don't lose the war again if you really wish to receive such refugees.

That's a rather scary situation. A third World War needs to be averted at Any cost. But a second cold war sounds good, in the sense that India can win it agaist China.
