The world accepted it was Pakistan who was aggressor, and India pushed it by military force as well as hardnosed diplomacy.
India won it thoroughly.
Only Pakis and Congress (for Muslim Vote) dispute that.

When mumbai police can arrest a person for posting against Shivaji then why not arrest Tathagata for abusing Gandhi.
Don't divert the attention...you have abused Gandhiji or not?
