That is because there was never a Hindu civilisation as you say. First there was the Indus Valley civilisation and then there were numerous invasions and oppresion of Indians. Always. Indus Valley people were most definitely Shaivite Hindus but that religion was almost destroyed by the Aryans before bein accepted and it was the sheer force of the faith in Lord Shiva that has kept the religion alive.

yes that is straight out of the history books which were written painstakingly by Englishmen who wanted to destroy the self respect of the greatest civilization in the world, by splitting india into Aryans and Dravidians they have achieved what they wanted! A Manjula from remote village can now blame the Aryans for all the problems she has with her intestines!
