Well said. We often forget the hardship, agony and pain of the relatives who did not deserve this treatment. Death sentence should be mandatory for first degree murder. If you do not give death sentence for first degree murder, then abolish it. The judge seems to have ignored the pain he inflicted to the victim as well as to the family of the victim and that is a gross mistake in his judgment.

but what if one is really innocent,though he cannot prove becoz he cannot afford a suitable lawyer to fight his case?
